Appointment Setter-BDR

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter/BD Rock Star to join our team! Experienced Full Sale Cycle Sellers could also flourish in this role. This role will be the new business appointment setter for the Director of Sales and Founder. This role could evolve into a full closer or team lead role. This is a once in a lifetime job opening for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities:

  • Present company products and services to new customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Set 3-5 qualified appointments for direct sales team. 
  • Build sales pipeline using social selling, and cold calling methodologies
  • Ensure all data is properly maintained and updated in the HubSpot CRM application
  • Coordinate sales efforts with Inside sellers Gain in-depth knowledge of New Service products and technologies, territories, accounts, competitors, industry trends, etc.
  • Drive high customer satisfaction and references by ensuring customer is receiving value from NowRenting. 
  • Develop good customer relationships to identify and drive product expansion/up sell opportunities as well as service renewal and adhere to all policies using the highest level of professionalism and ethics

Qualifications:​

Preferred Qualifications:
• BS or BA degree preferred
• 1-3 years work experience
• Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, knowledge of New Service products with superior communication skills
• Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts
• Professional demeanor
• Desire for a long-term career in sales
• Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher level understanding of role, processes, and procedures
 

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

The right candidate will make $100-$125,000 OTE between Salary and Commission.
